“Tim is an amazing young man. He gave up his time to help OAPs during the recent cold snap. My 91 year old mother's boiler broke down. We could not get hold of any emergency heating engineers but my daughter saw on social media that Tim was offering his services, to OAPs, for free. She messaged him & he came out promptly and worked for hours to sort it out. He had to come out on 3 occasions as it needed parts but he did not give up until he'd sorted it out for her and was determined to get it done. He didn't ask for any payment other than to cover the costs of parts. I still can't quite believe it, such a lovely chap! Can't thank him enough.”

“Tim went above and beyond in the worst weather possible I had booked my nans Job in with British Gas as her boiler had stopped working and she had recently been discharged from hospital after a nasty fall they failed to send anyone out and was happy to allow my 88 year old nan to go without hearing until the following day in the snowy freezing weather. I called Tim and he went to my nans straight away and sorted her boiler so that she could have hot water and heating. I really can’t thank Tim enough for going above and beyond for my nan seeing as it was 21.00 at night.”
